NH Police didn't give me any speeding ticket after he took my license and car's registration?
This is 1st time i get caught by police because of over speed limit. He told me I drive more than 80mph in high way. And then he took my license and car’s registration and walked back to his car and after few minutes he gave them back to me without any ticket. Do I still have ticket? They will send to my mailbox?
I’m just foreigner student in here. I was trying to see for the exit number, so I didn’t pay attention for speed. But i didn’t say anything to him because I really nervous at that time. How much fine for this ticket will be?
Thanks
He said "you’re all set and slow down"
A speeding citation would have been issued on the spot. The officer took your license and registration back to the patrol car to run the information through the traffic computer. He was looking for a record of traffic violations, any warrants out for you, and checking the registration to see if it came back to the car you were driving. Apparently, he did not find any warrants out for you, he also noted you had no other violations and that the car’s registration was in order. Add that to the fact you are a foreign student, and the officer gave you a break.
He warned you to slow down. Keep that in mind on that part of the roadway, where he patrols.

if you got a ticket he would have given you a copy…your lucky…now slow down.

he let you slide. call it a warning. you’re ok.

Probably not…What did he say when he returned to the vehicle. Your question is vague. However, if you were to receive a ticket you should have been given a copy of the citation. Sometimes you get a retard who will not let you sign the ticket ( officer signs refused) then you receive a notice in the mail saying you owe more than the ticket when issued and you are in violation.
Scofflaw=Scoffing at the Law (Meaning your saying you don’t care to the law)
I know you are afraid because you are a foreign student, but you must slow down on the highway. 80 miles and hour is very fast and you don’t want to hurt yourself or anyone else. Be careful, if you don’t know where you are pull over to the shoulder of the road so you can get a sense of direction and then proceed carefully. Good luck to you and drive safe!

He has let you off with a warning. Take heed and keep your speed down.

You got a warning. There is no ticket whatsoever. If you get a ticket in the US, they give it to you.

It sounds like the officer gave you a warning for your speed. Now just make sure that you pay attention to all speed limit signs and obey that speed limit. You were lucky this time.
